I went to New look at the weekend and saw this bag and fell in love with it straight away and it was only £24.99. The only downside is they didn't have a purse to match and the purse I was currently using was grey so I shopped around and I went in TK Maxx I saw this coral purse and it was the exact colour as my bag so I didn't hesitate, its by Jessica Simpson and it was only £9.99 I don't know what the original retail price was but that was TK Maxx price for it.

My new bag and purse: pop of coral
My new bag and purse.

I love the leopard print detail next to the coral.

Curl your hair with magic leverage curl formers
Curl your hair with magic leverage curl formers.
They come in different colours and different length and width although some were the same, I use different ones so the curls aren't so uniform and I tend to choose the long and wise ones so I get a looser curl.
you get a hook with it aswel which comes in 2 halves that you just click together.
I bought these from eBay a few years ago, they came in a box like this, they were really cheap, I also bought some more that didn't come in box but they cost a bit more and didn't have many in so I added them and this pack into a clear makeup bag to store them.

to get the curl former on the hook you pinch the end to open it up then stick the hook through it like in the pictures below.
Make sure you hair is slightly damp before you use these, you can either use them at night then sleep in them then just take them out in the morning because by then your hair should have completely dried, or you can put them in and use a hair dryer to dry your hair once there in like I did today but I usually use them before I go to bed because its easier and you wake up with nice hair.
then you take a small section of damp hair, hook the hook onto it then slide the cur former or magic leverage up so you hair goes into it. like in the pictures below, then slide it down if there is hair peeking out the end so it covers the end of your hair.
it took me 6 minutes to put them all in my hair because I'm used to doing it now, it took longer when I first used it but once you've done it a few times you get used to it pretty quickly.
once I had all the curl formers in I used a hair dryer on it for 10-15 mins, then I left it wile I did my makeup for around half an hour then took them out.
(in the pic below) this is what it looked like when I took them out.
then I shook my hair a bit and ran my fingers through it too loosen the curls a bit and make them look more natural.Thursday, 5 March 2015
Friday favourites 2015 #1
Friday favourites
I was going to do a February favourites but there would have ended up being too many products that I love and I change the stuff I use all the time to try new or old things so I decided to do a Friday favourites instead. I might do these weekly unless there are weeks where I use all the same stuff.
Real techniques blush brush
Live XXL Toner mousse 'icy platinum'
I've recently been highlighting my hair myself, mainly at the front of my hair, so I bought this toner and I really liked it to tone down the brassiness, I just bought a new one yesterday.
Garnier Body Intensive 7 Days Ultra-Replenishing Lotion 'shea butter'
Victoria secret body sprays
I use these every day and use different ones each day the 2 middle ones are my 2 newest ones that's why they're nearly full, they all smell so fruity and nice and I find they last longer than other body sprays.
Bourjois silk edition powder.
collection lasting perfection concealer.
This is a really good for concealing spots, it has really good coverage, I need to get a darker shade though because I got the lightest shade because I was going to use it under my eyes but I find it creases there on me.
Maybelline color tattoo 'on and on bronze.'
Revlon blush 'racy rose'
Maybelline superstay forever strong nail polish 'rose poudre'
I featured this in a blog post last week recent loves from boots lovely natural looking nail polish.

this is a really nice body lotion, I didn't think it was anything special at first but after it sinks in it makes your body feel so soft and leaves a nice subtle smell to your skin.

Benefit hoola bronzer dupe
Benefit hoola bronzer dupe
(With flash) as you can see in the pic benefit hoola is completely matte whereas the loreal glam bronze bronzer looks matte in natural light but in the flash looks a little frosty compared to hoola but only a touch and you can barely notice.

(without flash) benefit hoola sample and loreal glam bronze 06 golden bronze.
I was thinking of buying the full size of Benefit .
Hoola but I thought I'd look through my bronzer collection first to make sure I didn't have one too similar, then I found the loreal one that I haven't used many times and thought it looked really similar
